Women’s March Calls on Governor Cuomo to Resign

Governor Andrew Cuomo has irreparably broken New Yorkers’ trust. A transparent, independent investigation will reveal whether he has also broken the law—and we demand one to determine the scope and severity of his misconduct. However, conduct doesn’t have to be illegal to be disqualifying for the highest office in the state. It’s clear that as long as Governor Cuomo keeps his job, too many women won’t feel safe and supported in theirs. As a result, Women’s March is joining activists, allies, and politicians from both sides of the aisle and calling for his immediate resignation.
