STOP SEXUAL VIOLENCE PROTEST SAFETY TRAINING OCTOBER 6th

OCT 6th CALL SIGN UP

We, survivors, youth, and feminist organizations, are calling for a national day of action to #StopSexualViolence now – to stop sexual violence in our homes, our neighborhoods, our universities, our institutions, and our government. We support Jane Doe and her struggle for justice. We support Kendall Francis as she speaks her truth and seeks accountability. We are enraged by the lack of accountability for the violence inflicted upon them and so many others.

The Cornell rapists. Epstein. Trump. Kavanaugh. Brock Turner. R Kelly. Cesar Chavez.

Girls, women, survivors, and allies are coming together and rising up to say NO MORE. We refuse to allow sexual and gender-based violence to be normalized, excused, and supported by our government, businesses, universities, and institutions. We, women, girls, and LGBTQIA+ youth deserve to live with safety and dignity, free from violence and the threat of violence.

From the frat house to the White House, sexual violence is NEVER acceptable and survivors cannot continue to go unheard.

We Demand:

  1. Justice for Cornell’s Jane Doe and LSU’s Kendall Francis: Justice for survivor Jane Doe at the NY Supreme Court and Kendall Francis in Baton Rouge

  2. Justice for Epstein Survivors: Full Accountability, transparency, and repair for Epstein survivors, including through the passage of the Survivors’ Rights Restitution Act

  3. Protect Survivors: Expansion and protection of survivor resources in federal law, including the restoration of Title IX enforcement powers and the publication of the Equal Rights Amendment

  4. Expansion & Protection of Student Survivor Resources at Universities: The defense and expansion of women’s, queer, and rape crisis resource centers and departments, majors, and funding

  5. Abolition of ICE: Dismantle the agency that terrorizes our communities and inflicts sexual violence against women in immigration detention.
